- Only drink water
- Never eat before 12:00pm.
- Never eat after 7:00pm
- Don’t eat in private
- Don’t go down the candy aisle, you’ll feel the need to buy it.
- Don’t reward yourself with food. Ex.) Makeup, a new journal, Pretty pens.
- Over season your food. You won’t want to eat it if all you taste is salt.
- No fried foods.
- Look at thinspo/meanspo/bonespo.. (Whatever you prefer) to stay motivated.
- Stay hydrated.
